Orders
Browse the collection, choose your frame and add it to your cart. When you are ready, head to checkout, enter your details and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
We process orders quickly, usually within 1–2 business days, so changes are not always possible once an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel, email us at support@lagni.se as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before it ships.
Confirmation emails are sent automatically right after you order. If you cannot find yours, please check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact us at support@lagni.se and we will resend it.
Shipping & delivery
We ship from Sweden to Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, as well as across much of the EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 1–3 business days in Sweden, 2–5 business days in the rest of the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Norway) and 3–7 business days in the rest of the EU. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Depending on your country, we ship with Bring, UPS or DHL. You can choose from the available delivery options, such as pickup point or parcel locker, at checkout.
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door.
Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, visit our return portal and enter your order number and email. Follow the steps to register your return and print your prepaid return label. Items sent back to us without first registering a return through the portal cannot be accepted.
A return fee is deducted from your refund to cover the cost of returning the item. Your original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take your bank or card provider a little extra time to post the refund.
The fastest way is to return the pair you have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the pair you want.
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us at returns@lagni.se straight away if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you can report a fault for up to 3 years from delivery.

You can pay securely with all the major payment methods available at checkout. The options available to you are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Clean the lenses with a soft microfiber cloth and store your sunglasses in a protective case when you are not wearing them to keep them free from scratches.
