Shipping policy
Delivery
We ship your orders with our logistics partners Bring, UPS and DHL, depending on the destination country. All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden.
Where we ship and how
We currently deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

The shipping cost is always shown clearly at checkout, based on your destination and the delivery option you choose.

Delivery time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Denmark & Finland: 2–4 business days
- Norway: 2–5 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary, for example during peak seasons.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery all the way to the pickup point or your mailbox.
