Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to withdraw from your purchase, for any reason and without giving a justification. To withdraw, go to our return & withdrawal portal, enter your order number and email, and follow the steps. You'll receive a confirmation by email. You can also notify us at returns@lagni.se using the standard withdrawal form.

Withdraw from your purchase

You're welcome to handle and try on the item to check its nature, characteristics and function, just as you would in a shop — you don't lose your right of withdrawal by doing so. You are only responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish this, and we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund. To avoid any deduction, we recommend keeping the item unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

This 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all items, including sale items.

How to start a return or withdrawal

Visit our return & withdrawal portal, enter your order number and email, and follow the steps to register your request and print your return label. Items sent back to us without first registering through the portal cannot be accepted.

Return costs

When you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost. You cover the cost of returning the item — a return fee is deducted from your refund for this. If you don't collect your parcel from the pickup point and it is returned to us, a return fee is likewise deducted.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your item, we'll confirm your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or proof that you've sent it). It may take your bank or card issuer additional time to post the refund. If more than 14 days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven't received it, contact us at returns@lagni.se.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Faulty or damaged items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at returns@lagni.se if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you can report a fault (reklamation) for up to 3 years from the date of delivery.
